Went into business with Rob McGavin in 1997 - established the largest Olive Plantation in Australia, located at Boundary Bend on the Murray. Due to the technology and particular olive varieties suitable for Australian climates, saw them expand the business and develop a quarantine nursery in Lara, Victoria. Most of their principles have been adopted from Israel.
